At Ema's Style, all our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Colour variations due to screen display differences

We kindly ask you to check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
